Shipping and Handling
Items are shipped ground or priority mail depending on the weight and size. We do offer 2-3 day expedited shipping. If you need an order quickly send us a message with your zip code for a shipping quote.
Unless you indicate otherwise at the time of placing your order, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file. Please check it immediately before you place an order. Anything returned to us will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.Returns and Exchanges
All return items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee if item has had shipping strap removed. Please insure the return as you are responsible for returning item in new condition if it arrives damaged refund may be refused. You are required to pay the return shipping and item must be in new condition. All custom orders are subject to 50% non refundable deposit.
